This is what happens when a bunch of crew chiefs, some water balloons, a launcher and beer all get together. This was at our Memorial Day picnic at Fort Monroe. A good time was had by all but the best time was had by the dad’s launching water balloons at the kids. Nothing says fun like dad’s when they play.
