Such a touching page...and such a difficult struggle. Thank you so much for sharing. It's so easy to judge...we who don't struggle with weight think that we know best...just eat less and exercise...but if food's an addiction, then it's hard to give up...and if it hurts to exercise, how can you? Hugs! Don't give up, sweetie! We're rooting for you.

This totally moved me - thank you for opening up like that. And I know for a fact there is SO much more to you than your size. Just remember you CAN do it when you feel ready - and until then love yourself the way we all love you around here.

beautiful LO! I love the heartfelt journaling. I have lost 40 pounds once in my life (before I got pregnant), it was very hard, but I know you, too, can do it when you are ready. Seek help, it really makes all the difference in the world.
