Music has been at the center of my life for such a long time?as long as I can remember. I?ve been so blessed to do a lot of singing in some pretty amazing choirs and pretty amazing places. But choral singing is really what I?m best at. I?m not a great performer or soloist. I?m too shy. I?ve always joked that I do my best singing in the car, and it?s true. That?s when I feel able to really let loose and just sing my guts out. It?s when the star that?s buried deep inside me comes out. This song is one of my favorite ?belters.? It always makes me happy and makes me feel like someday, I might be able to find my inner performer and let her out.
