Someone made me reveal one of my deep dark secrets for this layout! Journaling reads:

"When I was a kid, my brother
Beau and I read lots of Hardy
Boys books. But what no one
knows is that when I would read
a new (to me) one, I would flip
to the end of the story and read
the last few pages just to make
sure everything worked out right and
no one died.

Silly, I know. This series went on
for what seemed like forever. There
was never a story that didn't have
a solved mystery or that had a
maun character die.

But, suspense kills me. I can't
stand the - not knowing. Even
after reading the last few pages of
the story, I still read very quickly
through the book. Skimming the
paragraphs, and getting to the end
of each page as quickly as I could
because I just couldn't wait to see
what happened next.

And while I no longer read the last
pages before beginning a new book,
I still devour a good book. Barely
pausing at the end of each chapter
as I can't wait to see what's next.

However, shhh...
- let's keep that between us."
