I know that black and white photos are usually more dramatic but I thought the colors in the photo are much more meaningful in this situation.

I used a red background from "Grinalicious" by Lauren Grier & Melissa Bennett, the lettering "Stars and Stripes" is from digitalscrapbookingfreebies.com, the bow is from Raspberry Road Designs "Christmas of Olde" and the red border around my photo is from Kay Miller's "Barnyard Dance"
