Edited to add an answer to the question about the picture: I took the picture in my backyard (in the alley) with my Olympus digi cam. I didn't use any actions or anything on this photo, I just got lucky and it turned out that way. I used the option on my camera for subjects in motion. And yes, he was moving pretty fast!
