So, I joined some of the other SSD ladies in a biggest loser challenge (thanks, Teresa!), and thought as part of my motivation, I would scrap the eight week challenge...so, here it is, my starting point (oh, and I soooo blurred out the weight...my SSD BL ladies had to see it, but no one else needs to know )
