Journaling: I've never seen it in a child development book, but 19 months seems to be the age of the oversized toy. Jason was infatuated with a shovel that was bigger than he was, and you love golf clubs that tower over you. The rest of us have to stay out of your way so we don't get hit by a club swinging wildly around (and I don't mean while hitting a ball).
