When we bought our house 2 years ago I saw what I knew it could be as soon as we walked into the listing. One thing had to go, the carpet in exchange for hardwoods. This did not come easily however, I had to nag a bit because the carpets were new. Thank God my husband follows the motto happy wife happy life. In the end he was SO happy I talked him into it, it turned a beautiful house into a spectacular house.
