Okay, here it is.

Journaling - I've done this before - Can I really do this again? In July 2004, I made the best
decision I could have ever made.
I joined Weight Watchers. By
July 2005, I'd lost 50 lbs and
was the happiest I’d been in a long
time. In September 2005, I
became pregnant with my son.
Here I am in August 2008, still
carrying his baby weight, plus a
little extra. It seems impossible.
Can I really do this again? And
if so, why is it so much harder?
