I woke my butt up and ran 3.75 miles this morning :-)
This pic was taken a few years back...an Army course in San Antonio. One of my classmates found a guided run tour. We ran through the city's historic areas. Much fun! Its nice to be around people that motivate you to do healthy, fun things.
