The dividers are Journaling, High/Low game, Dinner Trivia and Conversation Starters (OK this one wasn't in the instructions but I found a blog with the perfect cards that just had to go in this box. It's from Summer Driggs. They are called Conversations Cards and they are free on her blog

The great papers and elements are from a soon to be released kit called Fall Splendour from Krystal Hartley and Zoe Pearn here at SSD. Aren't the colors just yummy.
