Oh sweetie, I am so so so sorry you are feeling like this. Is there anyone you can talk to? Do you get some help at work coping with all of this? Please take care of yourself. Your mental health is important too!

I love how you scrapped this layout. I love that you have been able to put down your feelings on paper.

What a contrast. . .the scrapping is so beautiful and your clusters are just gorgeous. Then the contrast with the stark journaling. I'm sure a lot of us are putting on a brave face while the inner turmoil rages!!!
