I love Ru's Studio Basic stuff, it's so artsy and feels like things I would use when cardmaking.
I chose this photo from 2 years ago, because I felt it should be scrapped. Everytime I see it, I can feel the pain of the day. I had, had a horrible day at work and I got to my PT session at the gym and for me it was a disaster, nothing I did was right, I had to be corrected at every turn and I just felt like a failure. But it was just a moment, I am a pretty happy person, so it's ok to have moments like this.

I love how therapeutic scrapbooking can be right!? AND I think it's super important to not only scrap the good times- but also the bad. That's life! Your layout is beautiful- I love the pops of color & the vertical papers on the Right side!
