The idea for this challenge is a great one. I chose to talk about my Hysterectomy in 2017, what led me there and the events after it. I created a word cloud, over a recent image of me. The words are all taken from my journals, blog posts, etc from that period and I deliberately used a recent image of me - happy, fit and healthy.
And just incase you can't fully read my journaling, my hysterectomy was the best thing that I ever did, it ended 20+ years of pain.

You are super creative! Adding this one to my Pinterest Board for future lifting :-) I LOVE that word cloud over your photo...brilliant!
Fibroids and endometriosis are no joke...so sorry for your years of pain. As you wrote and as the colors and fest mood imply, the hysterectomy was for the good...here's to good health and happy living!!!
