...balance. Story of my life. Mys survival depends on balance, medication, food, drink, movement, screen time, every few month I need to adjust everything.... and this pandemic has made it a lot more difficult. Living with chronic pain, chronic health conditions when you are aging is no walk i n the park, but I find a lot of pain relief in the arts, plus my amazing family and friends (some of you here, scrappers, are keeping me alive and smiling )
