Amen! I think sometimes dog owners don't realize that not everyone loves their pet.

Now this is one awesome page!!!!! That paper tear really makes it all stand out and the kit just goes so well with your peeve!!!! My neighbor has 2 dogs-1 tied up and one not (go figure) and the one that runs loose eats up all my dogs food!! LOL!! Just had to share that!!

this lo is too cute. totally agree. who are they to say that everyone wants to be up close and personal with their dog. it's rude to the people in your neighborhood and it's unsafe for the animals too.

call animal control....that's what we've done with neighbors around here who do the same thing--we have a daughter and 4 small small dogs---i dont want my child or my dogs attacked--so that's what i did. are they're leash laws in your state?
