Gorgeous! I love your journaling and it is so true. My 3 year old used to be on me constantly 'play with me, play with me, play with me' and yesterday he told me in a very grown up way, "Mom, I'd just like to play by myself for a little while." It's tough seeing them grow up so fast.

Ok, sorry for the novel here in your comments. The circle framing and bright colors is a great approach to a sentimental, but 'boyish' page.
