I took my time with this one because, mainly, I have been trying not to do pages just for the kit or to fit the challenges, but to scrap pages that will go in our books. I had started this in a completely different way and was meant to be a double pager, but made the left side and couldn't make these photos work with the other [age, so I went a different avenue. My best pain relief therapy has been for 15 years the scrapping, I always say, it literally saved my life, long story, but I also always kept a mixture of a written journal, planner and scrapbook thing on paper, always doodled but though I did Fine Arts School, I went for the Performing Arts and only used to draw with a purpose when Sarita was in school and we would do things together. A few years ago I was ordered to lower my screen time, had some more diagnoses that wasn't exactly good news, so I turned to my paper journal, ans discovered that I can do a bit more than just zentangle, and together with the scrapping, a s**t lot of medication, coffee, tea, food (all kinds LOL) art continues to be the best pain relief therapy. Drawing is one of mine- Photos of the main meds that keep me alive, , pnly two of the 20 something tablets and capsules I need to take per day, plus sometime injections, I have gained control over sleeping meds and can make 28 tablets last 6 months, so proud of myself on this one
