I swear I have been late all my life. I have no idea how it happens some of the time, but mostly it is because I try to do too much in too little space of time. I always tell myself that things just happen at the last minute and sometimes that is true, but I know that if I just started building in 15 extra minutes in my schedule those last minute things wouldn’t set me back so far. This rushing around is really the most problematic in the mornings when I’m trying to get Ella ready and off to school. I don’t think she has been on time more than 10 times all year! And even though it is just preschool I really don’t want either girl to get in this habit of rushing.
