That is great news! Slow and steady wins the race! I've been trying to lose weight the last month with very little movement on the scale. It's very demotivating to be working out and eating right with nothing to show for it. Love how your page turned out!

@Sheri: I feel you and I can totally relate. I have times that I think I'm trying really hard and the scale shows nothing! Ugh! It looks like I just have to look at food and gain weight. It's really so demotivating. So yeah, I am there as well. So very often.

Good for you and a beautiful way to document your goals. I love how you have kind of created your own journal cards with the additions of elements and wordart, you are always so clever with these things! As you know Sarah I am pre-diabetic and have had to cut out sugar and reduce my carbohydrate intake. I work out 3x a week and I have lost 14kg (30lb) in 9 weeks. I actually didn't realise how much sugar I was consuming and I feel SO much better. You got this girl, slow and steady wins the race ALWAYS.
