Tammy, I'm sorry your'e phobic of those awful creatures but I join you I hate it too. my phobia is more for wasp, hornet, bees so I see what you mean! Anyway, I love how you document that. the journal card and all those spider gives funny look at your journaling even if it's not really funny so it's a great way to scrap therapy I think!
