We have tons of subscriptions. some we got free when Sarita upgraded her iPhone, others we pay a substantial amount of money but super well worth it, some of them have literally saved the day in so many ways, the Backblaze online back up has always come through when my EHDs died, the Hello Fresh we started because Sarita found a superb starting offer, we never had gotten because wer are good at shopping and cooking, kitchen is our fav place in the house, but with the Pandemic and no delivery spots in supermarkets...we started and it has been amazing, our food waste is reduced to almost nothing, we learned new recipes, get 3 meals a week, but portions are so great we always have food left to eat later or next day. We still cook our own recipes but having the ingredients portioned for the boxes we learned also to shop in a way that reduced the waste. Now we decided that from June 1st we will make a month of no gluten, no dairy and in generally avoid lots of calories and processed food, to then start adding slowly, to get back to our pre pandemic more reasonable, healthier eating, we are cancelling Hello Fresh for June, we are calling June the Boring Food Month. Lets hope we can keep it, in between the whole lot of problems we had pre virus and the being at home binging and eating a lot of stuff we shouldn't... Sarita has put so much weight on and my diabetes, which I had managed to control almost to the point of my doc telling me she would take me out of Diabetic Zone, I think it is out of control.... so, please, if you do pray, please do for for us to be able to keep the strength!
