Don't make me cry! Sniff, sniff. My fella is just going into 6th grade this upcoming school year and I'm already thinking about how the years are flying by! We've homeschooled since 1st grade. I was just talking to my husband last night about the high school years ahead. Love your layout...love your journaling. I'll be watching in 4 years to see what you do. lol

First off - beautiful layout. I love your clusters and layers and the font you used for your journaling. Exceptional job! Well, I'm almost right where you're worried about - this is my youngest daughter's senior year and the 27th year of HS for me. And my last one. Bittersweet!

Gorgeous layout! I can so relate to this. I was a SAHM for 10 years, then when my youngest started school I took a part time job teaching preschool. I've stayed very part time because one of my kids is on the autism spectrum and has other disabilities--when he's home, I need to be home. But he's going to be done with HS in 3 years. What then? I can't keep my current job even though I love it--I either need to be home with him or make enough that it's worth paying for whatever babysitter or program he needs while I'm at work. I dreaded the thought of going back into an office job, not even one I could do from home. I finally decided a few months ago--back to school, then a full time job as a preschool special ed teacher. It's been such a relief to make a decision (any decision!) I guess I have 3 years to get used to the idea of working full time again!
