My daughter's 12th and 13th summers were low in camps she had any interest in - she had aged out and didn't want sports so I did a once-a-week Martha Stewart Club for her and her friends. Each week we did great crafts, the kids baked their lunch with my assistance, and we baked a fun desert recipe. Sometimes I took them hiking and once even took the whole group to the zoo! So much laughter and fun! This week we made lemon bars and years later I still remember how good they were! Then I dared the girls to lick lemons and the group that were with me that week laughingly did so and posed for photos. |

Hubby and I have a thing for Lemon Bars!! Our friend makes them for us and I break ALL my no-sugar rules for them, so this leapt out at me! Love love love the giant lemon layers, amazing!

These photos are so fun (I have my kids licking rhubarb and some of the same facial expressions!). You are such a cool mom, to make a camp for your daughter. Love the yellows and greens, with the pop of blue for the title and the button. Wonderful page!
