My heart goes out to you. Mental illness and physical illness are no fun. Especially when they are both a big part of your life. Choosing and hanging on to the good things is a super positive thing to do. Your layout is lovely with the flowers and I love the notebook and pencil, too. I love that you chose to use beautiful elements to reinforce your choice to choose the good things. Keep on hanging in there.
