I'm so sorry he had to go through back surgery. I hope it sure helped in the long run! I think your page is just genius. The row of selfies is great. Being someone's support is just as important to document as the event itself, and I think you really captured the fact that this has been a major event for both of you.

I'm so sorry to read he had to go through back surgery. I hope he's better now. I love the page design and all the different photos though. I love all the details as well. And I hope that creating this layout worked therapeutic for you!

All that for nothing--I'm so sorry he had to go through that. You've documented his journal so well from your color choice to the worn background. I'm sure that's how he felt. Terrific job on this!

I always think it's important to scrap that hard things in life too, and it sounds like it definitely was hard for you both! Lovely page memorializing a tough time.

It's so good to see you here, Karen!

Love the documentation on your layout. Sorry about all he had to go through. That is tough! Love the sequence of selfies going across the page along with all your journaling.

So sorry he had to go through all of that and for no relief. You did a great job documenting a not-so-wonderful moment in life. I like that you kept all the selfies along the way and used them in your page. Great design!

Oh goodness this is awful that he didn't even get relief! So strange how different people work with medications - and react to them. (((Hugs))) I didn't even know you were going through this. You really did a fantastic job documenting all the road to recovery. I hope as he heals he has a relief he doesn't yet.
