This beach is located in the bay of Kefalos. It is a special beach, because on the beach itself is the ruin of the basilica of Agios Stefanos from the 5th century. Exactly opposite Agios Stefanos is the island of Kastri on which stands the striking white church with the blue dome of Agios Nikolaos. Love your photo! It's gorgeous. I like the ruins in the front and that stunning white and blue church in the background. It just doesn't need more than that quote and the date stamp with tag.
