I'm glad you're getting some relief from the acupuncture! I've tried it a few times in my life (not for pain relief). I love the mix of patterned papers and the great cluster of goodies flanking your images.

My mom used to have acupunture for her headaches, it helped for a while, but after a few months it suddenly didn't anymore. But I'm glad to read it's helping you! That's what matters most.
I love how you scrapped the story. I love the photos and the colors you used. I love the pretty clusters and how you used the template.
Beautiful work, my friend, as always!

So glad you are getting some relief with the acupunture! I love the choices of patterned papers and the layering and cluster work! I also like how the black elements and title stand out!

You are braver than I am, but I'm glad that it's helping. Awesome documentation of your road to feeling better!

This is wonderful Krista, I LOVE the background with the clever overlay and the mixed patterns. Your clusters are amazing as always and I really love the crocheted/knitted elements. I have wanted to try acupuncture for a while, but my fear of needles is SO big.. But I have a good friend who swears that she will never live without it again, so maybe now I will give it a go.

I hope the acupuncture gives you the relief you need! This is adorable but the photo of the needles makes me woozy!!!
Amazing page!

I have considered acupuncture for my chronic hives! I would probably get the same redness (or likely hives wherever the needles went in) but I'm getting pretty desperate for any treatment that would provide relief! I love your supply choices here too!

I love that background! I'm with everyone else - always been intrigued but not a needle fan. How awesome that it's working though!!!! Love your mix of elements and their textures!

Oh this one is also beautiful and very interesting experience too, love the way you document it and explain your story! So so happy it brings you relief my friend!
I'm like you I guess I'm a little skeptical but I was the same with homeopathy and realize it was a good alternative for my daughter when she was feeling emotionally so bad.
I'm curious about acupuncture as I never try. I have terrible migraines and would love to find a solution without medications. Your background paper is really beautiful and so your wonderful layered clusters with the cute draw tuckered inside!
Love this layout too!
