Altered "Joy" wooden letters (hand-drawn & cut out of scrap pine by my MIL - she's the best!!!)
ETA: I just realized that the "O" is upside down in the picture! it really does say "ho ho ho", not "oh oh oh"!!! I'm just too lazy to take a new pic!!!
