So horrible! I suffer from migraines and they are misreable add in the chronic pain flare ups...Hugs!! It is a tough place to be

That sounds awful. So sorry you have to go through that. One thing that helps me is an icepack that is designed to go around the head. That, quiet, and a dark room. I'll have to try the ginger. You've scrapped this beautifully! I really like the black brick wall with the word strips.
