A Halloween card for my box of cards - I cut the bottom orange strip for the front bottom of the card and then used my Xyron tape runner to adhere the strip to the bottom of the inside of the card. The I used scallop scissors along to the front edge.

Saying along moon says: When witches go riding and black cats are seen, the moon laughs and whispers, ‘tis near Halloween.
