JOURNALING:
Jillian.
Going through the photographs of you, I realize I have way too many of you eating. This kinda plays into the fact that daddy and I are so concerned with your eating habits. You do eat, but need to be prodded and pushed to do so. We chant your name as you drink your milk. We add hidden calories to your foods in the ways of olive oil, chocolate sauce and carnation instant breakfast. We push food upon you. When you tell us all done, we offer more. Will these things come to hurt us in the future? Are we setting ourselves up for some other issue, like an eating disorder, with you later on in life? We do not know. But this is my fear. Well - I guess many of them. Some in the here and now like you not growing properly and some in the future like setting you up to have a bad relationship with food. Only time will tell.
