SO pretty, Tammy! I think the striped paper is perfect choice and the clusters and scattered stars altogether make this a fantastic design.

Wow I didn't saw this one! What a wonderful layout! Love the cute picture with your amazing clusters and layers work and the stripes black and white background with the messy paint and the beautiful title! Really sweet and beautiful layout!
