Journaling = This was a common sight in my College Years. After coming home from classes, if I didn’t feel like eating the leftovers I would fry myself an egg or two and eat it with steamed rice and Oyster Sauce. My favorite part was the runny yolk that would ooze all over the rice. Oh yum!

This is so cute! I love the little spoon. Ooh, and it reminds me of a dish every eats in Hawai'i. They're called loco mocos and are steamed rice, a hamburger pattie and a fried egg all smothered in gravy.
