In London for Christmas and New Year, until first week of January usually, there is a fair every year in Hyde Park called Winter Wonderland, I used to take Sarita and friends to ice skate and go to the rides, the place is truly magical, including people's attitudes...at least until 2010 when I stopped going because they could go on their own.
