Oh wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! This is so impressive. I can feel all the emotions. First of all, I am so sorry you are going through such a rough time. You know how much I want you to feel good and not sick.
I love your layout though. The title, the journal through your title, the details, the clusters, the page design, all the emotions.... gorgeous layout!
