JOURNALING:
I had these frozen baked potatoes I thought I'd try for dinner and, instead of the regular oven, I tried baking them in my air fryer. Came out OK. I added salt, pepper, butter, and "Heluva Good! French onion dip", a few crackers, and a Dr. Pepper. Hit the spot!
