I've been vegan for 8 years, never been a real carnivore, but since I discovered what's hiding behind the meat and dairy industry,the transition to plant-based wasn't that big. I much prefer to cook or earlier and also eat a lot more than before.I still discover new flavors every day and my taste buds sometimes go into overdrive. So I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, so every 14 days I go to the organic farm a few km from my house to get my fruit and vegetable packages. |
