That background paper is such a great design element! Love how it wheels yout eye in to that cute duo in the photo. Beautifully embellished with great shadowing and love the alpha you sed! Such a fun and happy page!

Okay, seriously, subbing out that patterned paper for the bullseye target is genius! It is absolutely perfect for this challenge. I love the way you anchored the photograph with that heavy gilded frame, and the layers of elements you placed around it are just lovely.
