After talking about it for the past few years, we finally made the plunge and planted our own garden this year. Not only did we do a small one in our flower beds, we talked Nana and Pops into growing a larger one at their house as well! All weekend long we worked over there, digging and planting while you boys played in the newly rototilled dirt. We planted tomatoes, beans, cantaloupe, watermelon, eggplant, strawberries, and all sorts of peppers along with lots of onions and garlic. Now we just have to wait and watch our gardens grow.
