Sweet Shoppe Designs

On Frejas Birthday, she wished to go out to eat.. She loves chinese food, so we visited the Hao Hua restaurant nearby.

So I wanted to create a LO, who matched the pink theme of the party, and yet had some chinese elements in it too...

Chinese New Year by Lliella Designs was the perfect solutions. I slightly changed the blooming tree by submitting the flowers I created from Kristin Cronin-Barrows kit Goody Two shoes (which are the main kit for the birthday pages). The center of the flowers are glassbaubles from Shawna Clingerman kit Waiting for the Rain.

the journaling is:
"When we first started to plan your birthday party, you knew who you wanted to bring, and what you wanted to do during the day. But when we started talking about dinner, the trouble started. After some thinking, you asked with a little voice, if you could get chinese food. We thought you were so sweet, and made reservations on Hao Hua. Here we had a wonderful night, and You and Louis had quite some conservations with the little chinese woman, who was cooking the mongolian food... She was happy to cook your lamb meat, and talking and laughing all the time...!"

Freja is my niece, whom now have been living with us for allmost 6 months. She turned 12 on the picture...And have had a rough start in life... but she is slowly starting to feel better in every way...
