OMG! This is sooo heart-wrenching! It must have been so difficult to live.

I'm sure your son will be glad to have this LO and to read it when he is old enough.

Your honesty made me cry - this must have been such a hard thing to live through. I know that as Moms we automatically feel guilty when something happens to our kids but this was SO not your fault -- we all just do our best with the small amount of information we have when our kids get sick.

such a heart wrenching story...thank you for sharing it...my son was born with a disability and I recently scrapped about it......he never knew the story behind it all...and my guilt about it...but by the grace of God he is a healthy 25 year old today...hugs and prayers to you and your precious family~

This is a beautiful LO. The journaling is so heartfelt, that I actually cried. I love the simplicity of the LO itself and how that really helps tell the story.

Whoa - I don't know what to say except that you wrote this beautifully - so heartfelt and moving. A LO to inspire us all that sometimes we need to tell the stories that are hard and not just the happy ones.
