Such a pretty photo and page with such heartfelt journaling. In the past 12 months I've lost 50lbs and still have a little bit left to get to my goal. I always had a fear of being told I couldn't do something because I was too heavy so I totally understand. It's never too late either

My heart aches for you Paula! I have SOOO been there! I love your journaling first off but I really love that you have used bright colors and all your layering.
