You are amazing! I can't wrap my head around what you do with all of those crops. lol Of course, I still haven't googled what can be done to preserve cabbage. Other than sauerkraut. Do y'all eat a lot of sauerkraut? lol Can it be canned like greens? Hmmm. I'll eventually google it. lol I truly admire your pictures of your gardens!

I love how you documented the story and the memories though. Your layout is beautiful.
And I agree with Charlene, more garden? I can't wait to see them. I always wished I lived where you live, with all the animals and the gardens, lots of space. It must be awesome.
