Oh honey - I'm sorry. I can relate. I see PT and OMM (Osteopathic Manual Medicine) to manage. My job was definitely part of my issues. Your page is beautiful, but the pain is not.

Beautiful page. Love the background paper. So sorry you have to go through this. I do know how you feel...I started getting injections in my rotator cuff. It does help, but I'm not sure it's the answer.

I'm so sorry you are suffering from pain, Amie. It absolutely sucks to be in constant pain. While I hate that you have to make a page on this topic, it is a super gorgeous photoless page. Your layers are beautiful.
