This is so beautiful Sherly! Reading your journaling brought a tear to my eye! It's my sons birthday today and he turned 7. Those words you wrote is how I feel especially as he turns another year older today. It's also so wonderful that we pray for our children everyday that the Lord be with them as they grow. Thanks for sharing this!

Such a bittersweet time indeed! I weaned my eldest son when he was nearly 3 years old and felt exactly the same way. You've done a wonderful thing for your son.

I think this is something all moms can relate too. Lovely journaling and also caused me to get a little teary.

This page is amazing! Your journaling is just perfect too. My youngest weaned in January and knowing he is the last one was freeing but also emotional. Beautiful!
