I made this ladder chart for my kids using the Dilley Discipline Ladder system. I've got it on my fridge, and the kids move the little magnets with their names up the ladder for good behavior & down the ladder for bad behavior. The farther up the ladder they are, the more privileges they get. The system is working great and the chart is so cute!
