Guitar Book - My son's first hybrid project

Well my son, Brian, had just mentioned about a day or two before the hybrid book challenge was posted...that he would like to alter his composition book he uses for guitar lessons... so... here it is! He used Penny's kit...and if you look close in the background...March calendar on the wall is with the same kit...he posed on purpose in front of it. lol

I showed him how to size the papers from the kit so they wouldn't distort, how to crop the papers, print and then told him how to put the adhesive (xyron) on it...and then to trim. He picked out real guitar picks at the store and adhered them to the book. He's pretty happy with his book...and he can add more picks as he sees new ones he likes. Hopefully he will start digi scrapping soon! Oh and he used black electrical tape for the spine.

This is so great! I love it when kids show an interest in being creative. He did a fab job!!

FUN notebook!! I love the star in the corner and the guitar picks idea is brilliant! I also love the black electrical tape on the spine. Oh-so-perfect!!
