I know its been done before, but I couldn't resist making my own version of snap using the wonderful characters from Heather's kit. I did laminate the cards, but I would not do this again as the corners of the cards are quite sharp for little ones.
All made with Heather Roselli's When I Grow UP kit

Super cute! I laminated the flash cards I made for little ones and realized how sharp they were so then I rounded the corners. Maybe that would work for you?
